Action.Not.Talk.

The starting point is usually simple.

What is actually getting in the way?

What I do

Four ways I can help.

The entry point changes with the problem. The method does not: understand what is really happening, focus on what matters and get it moving.

01 · Diagnose

Business Performance & Growth Review

Get under the bonnet of the business and find out what is really happening across commercial performance, customers, people, process, data, systems and execution.

Clear findings · priorities · practical action plan

02 · Grow

Growth & Go-to-Market

Turn an opportunity into a commercial plan and help make it happen — from market entry and proposition to sales effectiveness, customer acquisition, channels and partnerships.

GTM · market entry · sales · partnerships

03 · Execute

Transformation & Commercial Leadership

Fix the processes, systems, information and accountability that stop strategy becoming reality. Technology and AI are tools where they help — not the point of the exercise.

Execution · customer experience · process · data · AI

04 · Invest

Investor & Private Equity Support

Practical commercial support before and after investment: assess the market, challenge the growth case and turn the investment thesis into an executable value-creation plan.

Commercial diligence · growth assessment · value creation

When clients call me

Usually, it starts with a sentence like this.

“The business should be performing better than this.”

“We want to enter a new market, but need the right route.”

“Sales aren’t where they should be.”

“We’ve got plenty of ideas, but execution keeps stalling.”

“We’re considering buying or investing in this business.”

“We need senior commercial help — but not another full-time executive.”

How I work

Use the right level of help.

Some problems need an intensive short project. Others need someone alongside the leadership team for longer. The model follows the work — not the other way round.

  1. 01

    Short, intensive project

Diagnose a problem, test an opportunity or create a practical plan without committing to months of consulting.

  2. 02

    Strategic / board advisory

Independent commercial challenge and senior support for founders, boards and management teams.

  3. 03

    Fractional leadership

Additional commercial firepower when the business needs experienced leadership without another permanent executive.

  4. 04

    Commercial partnership

Where it makes sense, structures can align ANT’s reward with introductions, outcomes or value actually created.

About Mark

Big-company experience.
Operator mindset.

30 years building, fixing and scaling commercial organisations — then applying only what is useful to the business in front of me.

Mark Ash has spent 30 years leading sales, marketing and go-to-market organisations, including experience with global businesses such as Samsung and HP and businesses going through growth, transformation and commercial change.

The value of that experience is not importing big-company process into smaller businesses. It is knowing what good looks like at scale, spotting where value is being lost, and working out what will actually move the business forward.

Look wider.People, process, technology, data and commercial performance.
Prioritise hard.Focus on the few things that make the biggest difference.
Finish.Turn decisions into owners, actions and measurable outcomes.

Performance mindset

Discipline.
Consistency.
Execution.

The same principles that matter in endurance sport matter in business: clarity on the goal, honest feedback, consistent execution and the discipline to keep doing the hard things properly.

Strategy matters.
Finishing matters more.

What I’m seeing

Observations from inside businesses.

Occasional notes from the work. No 14-step methodologies.
